Where is the recommended position placlement for the LSS-1 transducer on a Tundra 21?

A picture would be great.

 Gary,

I found the best place to install the LSS-1 on the Tundra is directly mounting it centered into the top step of the running pad. I ran it last season in this location and got great readings to the left and right when the boat was off plane. Also with it attached to the top of the step it is out of harms way from floating debris when running on plane.

Here's where one other Tundra owner mounted his.  As you can see the 21 foot or at least his has a pump inlet at that location.

Here is the link on this site.

It seems they have moved the pump inlet on some of the Tundras, as mine is off to the side.

Here is an image, it is a little difficult to see as everything is black.

And here is the nice left and right images I get with the transducer mounted to the top of the step.

If his tundra is like yours, that's the way to go.  Nice clean install!
