I am running a GPS 3000 puck to my X-27 , I was wondering can I run an ethernet line between the 25 & 27 to share the puck? Or do i need to split the lead into the 27 and then to the 25.

Does the LCX-25 and LCX-27 have Ethernet? It is the yellow connector on the back. According the the specs on-line it just has NMEA.

If it only has NMEA you will want to set up a Lowrance Network which you will tie in the GPS Module (puck) and your two units. Both units will have GPS and you can share waypoints between the units.

I think the 25 has a blue Ethernet and the 27 a yellow. The blue Ethernet plugs are not functional. You can network them with the NMEA 2000.
