I have a MG Magnum 752  12 volt tm.    I want to add a second battery and run in parallel. I have 4 gauge wire to run from pos to pos and neg to neg.  In the battery well I have two red pos cables and 1 black neg.    How do I hook these up with the new battery?

You will still only have one neg and one pos to your TM not two pos and one neg. The jumpers go from pos to pos and neg to neg then one pos of one battery to the TM and the neg from the other to your TM.

Is it possible that one of the 2 pos cables is not connected at the plug, because on the single battery, there was a pos cable and the black neg on the neg post of the battery.

No you must hook the pos from one bat to the other and one neg to the other and then only the pos from one battery to the TM and one neg from the other battery hook up to the TM you can see a diagram at this website
